The screens and staircore in this project are executed in the Schüco FW50+ system with opening vents. There are fritted spandrels and aluminium to the parapet, fascia and soffit. The project contains Royal S strip windows, including HD70 opening vents (RAL 7024).

Glass specification: Ipasol Neutral toughened glass.
