This project is composed primarily of two linear office buildings linked by a glazed link space. The office buildings are four stories high and are clad almost entirely in a modular curtain walling system, Wicona Wictec 50. The two buildings are orientated on a north-south axis and define between them the garden zone. The main façades are described therefore as Garden Façades, Street Façades and End Façades. The Street Façades have a solid upstand panel behind the curtain wall, while the Garden Façades have no upstand panel.

The Garden Façades have an external glazed screen with screen-printed decorative motif supported on a steel framework. At their extremities the Garden and Street Façades are inclined around a diagonal fold line, giving the End Façades a trapezoidal geometry. The Naas Urban District Council is a separate political entity and their identity is expressed by housing them in a circular form, which extends outside the rectangular building envelope, the Curved Façade. Energy performance of the overall building is enhanced by a sophisticated natural ventilation regime, a high performance building envelope and careful control of daylight deep into the building that is linked to an automated artificial lighting system.
