This is a mixed use development, which features 1200m² of VELFAC composite windows with sliding or hinged doors to the apartments. The 350m² of facetted screens to the offices is constructed from Schüco FW50+ pressure plate and cap system with bespoke stainless steel Brise Soleil. The glazing throughout was clear glass.
