This is an O’Callaghan Properties Development and one of which we are proud to be associated with. It features 1700m² of main atrium glazing, using Schüco FW50+, 105mm deep mullions at 1200mm centres. There is an additional 500m² of wedge shaped roof glazing in other locations. The main entrance at Debenhams is 400m² of point fixed glazing with stainless steel spider brackets, fixed to steel columns. The Western & Northern Entrances are constructed from Schüco FW50+, using Tormax automatic opening doors. Williaam Cox also supplied & fitted the smoke and heat ventilation system, using COXDOME Eura ventilators in addition to the automatic smoke curtains.

Glass Specification: Green tinted anti-sun glass to the roof and clear glass to the entrances.
