Unitised system: a modern method of construction, used for large area curtain walling. Unitised curtain wall systems involve total factory fabrication, assembly and glazing. The pre-fabricated units are transported to site and fixed to the building structure by means of pre-set fixing brackets. This immediately forms the building enclosure.

Advantages:

- Eliminates the need for access
- Imposses discipline on design
- Accelerated site program
- Factory controlled quality
- Ideal for repetitive fenestration's

Multiple Skin Façades: multiple skin façades (MSF's) are designed to improve a building's energy efficiency. The assembly consists of two or more glass skins, positioned to allow air flow in the intermediate cavity. This reduces heat loss and controls solar gain.
