Vacuum Forming

An ideal low-cost alternative to injection moulding. Low volume production runs of 50-5000 units offer high definition end products, without the investment of injection moulding tooling costs. With a range of 1400mm x 700mm to 1600mm x 1080mm, multiples of a product can be produced within the time frame that is normally used for one unit. A variety of materials can be used in Vacuum Forming, from ABS to PVC to Polypropylene, all resulting in products of high definition.

Blow Moulding

Blow Moulding

A technique used in many signage and point-of-sale applications, where rounded finishes such as dome, sphere and oval shapes are required. A range of materials can be used in Blow Moulding, including acrylic. Using material thicknesses from 2mm to 8mm and a maximum diameter of 2 metres, blow moulded panels are ensured to possess distortion-free clarity.

CNC Routing

Computerised Numeric Control (CNC) guarantees a consistent high quality in routing applications. CAD drawings are conceived and then sent directly to the routers from the internal drawing office. All thermoplastic sheet material can be routered using this process, from acrylic to dibond, to axpet and polycarbonate.
