Main Contractor: Pierse Contracting

The system used in this project is the Alcoa PF system (2250mē), including manually rod opening windows and Alucobond spandrel panels. There are double bank louvres in the spandrel area. The "box style" brise soleil is reinforced to support planters. The project includes a Main Atrium and a feature rooflight in "serrated" style with glazed-in vents.
